The Event

Working in dozens of countries for the past 16 years, Families Relief has gained an immense amount of insight and experience in developing communities, both in war-torn countries and those affected by severe natural disasters. We believe that the active participation of women in the fabric of the community helps to create stable and sustainable communities - by building strong families, we can build strong communities.

The esteemed speakers at this conference will help us gain strength and confidence from our deen; strength and confidence that will hopefully empower us in all aspects of our life, be it educational, professional or family life.

Fundraising proceeds of this event will go towards Families Relief’s Hospital Extension project in Gaza – to build a much needed modern operating theatre, maternity unit and a new out-patients ward for Beit Hanoun Hospital.
